Lemon Soy Marinade
  • Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 /2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind (zest)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 /2 teaspoon ground white pepper
Directions
  1. Place soy sauce, lemon juice and lemon zest in a medium bowl
  2. Whisk to combine
  3. Whisk in mustard, garlic, oil and pepper. Yield: 1-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: This is a true fish marinade
  4. It's got zip and lots of flavor, but it won't overpower the taste of the fish
  5. Try it on swordfish (4 hours) or other lighter fish fillets (2 hours) or even shrimp (2 hours).
