1-1/2 cups fresh com kernels, or 1 package (10 oz.)
frozen whole-kernel com, thawed
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 medium-size onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
salt and pepper
Directions
Melt butter in a wide frying pan over high heat; add
zucchini, corn, bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
Cook, stirring often, until vegetables are tender but
crisp to bite (about 5 minutes)
