HASTY PUDDING
  • Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • nutmeg heavy cream
Directions
  1. Put two cups of hot water in the top of a double boiler
  2. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup of sugar
  3. When it comes to a boil, add 2/3 cups of flour a little at a time, and whip with a whisk while cooking
  4. Don't overblend, the pudding should look a little like tapioca
  5. Cook two minutes
  6. Serve into individual bowls and sprinkle with nutmeg
  7. Top with heavy cream.
