BAKELESS CAKE
  • Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • 1 package vanilla wafers
Directions
  1. Put a layer of vanilla wafers in a shallow pan
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together
  3. Spread layer of filling on wafers
  4. Do this until 3 layers of wafers and 2 of filling are completed
  5. Let set up for 4 hours in the refrigerator
  6. Serve with whipped cream.
