3 cups raisins (use some light and dark for interest)
10 to 12 dozen corn husks
Directions
While the masa is still in the mixing bowl, add the
sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans.
Spread masa mixture on soaked husks as described in
the masa recipe on the previous page
Next sprinkle
about 1-1/2 tablespoons raisins in a strip down the cen-
ter.
Fold and tie with strips of husk
Steam as in Tamale

Variation: Almost any type of preserves can be substi-
tuted for the raisins
