PUEBLO PEACH CRISP
  • Ingredients
  • 6 fresh peaches, pitted and cut into
  • 3/4-inch slices (5-6 cups)
  • 1 /4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 /2 cup butter
Directions
  1. Place peaches in a shallow baking pan or casserole
  2. Mix white sugar and salt and sprinkle over peaches
  3. Combine flour and brown sugar in a mixing bowl and cut in butter until mixture is formed into small balls
  4. Sprinkle mixture over peaches. Bake in a preheated 375F
  5. oven for about 45 minutes or until top is lightly brown and crumbly
  6. Serve warm and top with whipped cream or scoop of vanilla ice cream
  7. Serves 6 to 8.
