MEXICAN CHOCOLATE
  • Ingredients
  • 2 squares sweet chocolate
  • 1 quart milk or cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch ground, dry orange peel
Directions
  1. Simply add hot milk or cream to sweet chocolate, add egg, vanilla, and cinnamon
  2. Blend for 2 minutes
  3. Start blender at slow speed, or the hot milk will splash
  4. You may add just a pinch of ground orange peel
  5. Blend until frothy
  6. Top cups with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
