CHERRY BOUNCE
  • Ingredients
  • 5 pints dark cherries
  • 1 pound brown sugar
  • 1 quart dark rum or cognac
Directions
  1. Grind cherries through a meat grinder, seeds and all. Place them in a bottle of dark rum or cognac
  2. Let them steep for one week
  3. Strain the mixture through cheese cloth, and add brown sugar
  4. Place in a glass container and seal
  5. Allow to age for two weeks before enjoying.
