DANDELION WINE
  • Ingredients
  • 1 quart dandelion blossoms, loosely packed
  • 1 gallon hot soft water
  • juice and rind of 1 lemon
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 pounds of sugar
  • 1 cake of yeast
Directions
  1. Pour water over blossoms, let stand overnight
  2. Drain
  3. Add lemon,oranges and sugar
  4. Stir in sugar well, add 1 cake yeast
  5. Let stand one week in a warm room
  6. Strain and bottle, putting corks in loosely.
