COWPUNCHER'S EYEOPENER
  • Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 ounces of cognac
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon catsup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon Angostura
  • 1 small glass vegetable juice
Directions
  1. Mix in dark colored glass chilled with chipped ice
  2. Drop in yolk of raw egg, and pinch of black pepper
  3. Tip glass, being careful not to break egg yolk.
