Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
In a large bowl, stir together the pesto, ricotta,
all but 1/2 cup of the mozzarella, and salt and
black pepper to taste
Add the pasta and stir to
blend
Pour into a 10-inch square or a 1-1/2 quart
shallow baking dish
Sprinkle the top with the
remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake in a 350F oven for 30 minutes, or until
cheese is melted and bubbly.
