1 tablespoon chipotle chili powder or crushed dried chipotle peppers
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Place the orange zest on a plate and spread out
Let air dry
for 1 hour
Place dried zest in a small bowl with chili
powders, cumin, oregano and salt
Toss to combine well
Store airtight in the freezer up to 2 months.
Yield: 1/4 cup
SUGGESTED USE: The smoky flavor of the chipotle chili even
comes through when mixed with other chilies
Use this on
beef top sirloin (1 hour) or beef kabobs (1 hour).
