ROASTED GARLIC DIP
  • Ingredients
  • Makes 1 cup:
  • 1 bulb roasted garlic (see page 185)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • or green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetables, chips or crackers
Directions
  1. Squeeze garlic from bulb and mash
  2. Stir in yogurt, mayonnaise, chives, salt and pepper to taste
  3. Mix well
  4. Refrigerate, covered, for 2 to 3 hours before serving
  5. Serve with vegetables, chips or crackers for dipping.
