Place
the steak in the basket and rotate for 15
minutes for rare or 20 minutes for medium
Remove steak and slice thinly across the grain.
To make the dressing, combine the oil, sesame
oil, chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice,
cilantro, ginger, orange zest and garlic in a bowl
and whisk to blend well
Add the beef strips
and let stand for about 15 minutes.
Just before serving, remove the beef from the
dressing with a slotted utensil, reserving
dressing
Combine the beef, carrot, red pepper,
onion, watercress or cilantro, mint and spinach
in a large bowl
add reserved dressing to taste
and toss to coat all ingredients
