Toss
together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese
and paprika in another flat dish or on a sheet of
wax paper.
Wash and thoroughly dry the chicken pieces.
Dip chicken pieces in the egg to coat well and
then dredge in the breadcrumbs to make a
thick crust.
Rotate the chicken in the Flat Standard Basket
for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and
cooked through.
