Wash and thoroughly dry the game hens
Season both sides with salt and pepper and

sauce.
Rotate the game hens in the Deep Basket for 40
to 45 minutes or until the internal temperature
reaches 170 degrees on the instant thermometer
inserted in the thigh meat
