HAM STEAK WITH APRICOT-DIJON SAUCE
  • Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons apricot jam
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 ham steak
Directions
  1. Stir together the jam, mustard, vinegar, garlic and cayenne
  2. Spread a thin layer over the ham steak. Rotate the ham steak in the Standard Flat Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through
  3. Remove and cut in half to serve.
