ITALIAN SAUSAGE SUB SANDWICH
  • Ingredients
  • 8 Italian sausages
  • 4 large French rolls, warmed
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar Spaghetti sauce
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese
Directions
  1. Place the sausages in the Standard Flat Basket and rotate for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through
  2. Cut sausages in half lengthwise
  3. Place the rolls on the warming tray while the sausages rotate. Heat Spaghetti sauce in a medium saucepan on top of the stove to a simmer
  4. Add the sausage and simmer for 10 minutes. When ready to serve, split open the warmed rolls and fill each with 4 sausage slices and 2 slices cheese
  5. Serve immediately.
