MUSTARD AND HERB CRUSTED STEAKS
  • Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1-inch thick rib eye steaks
Directions
  1. Combine mustard, garlic, green onion and salt
  2. Spread on both sides of the steaks. Rotate the steaks in the Flat Standard Basket for 18 minutes for rare or 22 minutes for medium
  3. If not brown enough, position the basket facing the heating coils and push the switch to the pause-to-sear position
  4. Rotate 2 to 3 minutes more on each side.
