STEAK WITH SOUTH AMERICAN CHIMICHURRI SAUCE
  • Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 pounds steak (top sirloin.
  • Spencer, or rib eye)
  • Chimichurri Sauce (See page 226)
Directions
  1. Rotate the steak in the Flat Standard Basket for 18 minutes for rare or 22 minutes for medium
  2. If not brown enough, position the basket facing the heating coils and push the switch to the pause-to-sear position
  3. Rotate 2 to 3 minutes more on each side
  4. Serve with Chimichurri Sauce on the side.
