Combine mint, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil
in food processor or blender
Season with salt
and pepper
Pour over the lamb chops, cover
and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Mash together the Herb Butter ingredients,
form into a log shape, wrap in plastic wrap and
refrigerate.
Rotate chops in the Standard Flat Basket for 15
minutes for medium rare
If not brown
enough, position the basket facing the heating
coils and push the switch to the pause-to-sear
position
Rotate 2 to 3 minutes more on each
side
Serve topped with a 1/2-inch slice of the
Herb Butter.
