SALMON WITH BASIL PESTO RUB
  • Ingredients
  • 4 salmon steaks
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Basil Pesto Rub (See page 240)
Directions
  1. Drizzle the lemon juice over the salmon and brush with Basil Pesto Rub
  2. Rotate the salmon in the Flat Standard Basket for 12 to 18 minutes or until just cooked through
  3. Serve with a dollop of Pesto sauce.
