CAJUN BLACKENED RED SNAPPER
  • Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 pounds red snapper, cut into serving-
  • size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Cajun-Creole Rub (See page 236)
Directions
  1. Brush the fish with butter and dredge in the Cajun-Creole Rub to coat well. Rotate the fish in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until just cooked through
