HALIBUT WITH MUSTARD DILL SAUCE
  • Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 to 2 pounds halibut steaks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Mustard Dill Sauce (See page 229)
Directions
  1. Brush fish with olive oil
  2. Rotate the fish in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until just cooked through
  3. Serve with Mustard Dill Sauce.
