Place the butter, vermouth, orange juice and
zest, garlic, steak sauce, Cajun-Creole Rub, and
hot pepper sauce in a saucepan and heat until
butter melts, mixture boils and ingredients are
well blended, stirring frequently.
Brush the tuna steaks with some of the sauce
and rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to
20 minutes or until barely cooked through
Serve with the remaining warmed sauce
poured over the fish.
