TERIYAKI TUNA OR SWORDFISH
  • Ingredients
  • Teriyaki Ginger Marinade (See page 215)
  • 4 tuna or swordfish steaks
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions
Directions
  1. Prepare the marinade and pour over the fish
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
  3. Rotate the fish in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until just cooked through
  4. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
