TERIYAKI TUNA OR SWORDFISH
Ingredients
Teriyaki Ginger Marinade (See page 215)
4 tuna or swordfish steaks
2 tablespoons minced green onions
Directions
Prepare the marinade and pour over the fish
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
Rotate the fish in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until just cooked through
Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
