LOBSTER TAILS WITH GARLIC BUTTER
  • Ingredients
  • 8 frozen lobster tails, thawed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
  1. Cut the lobster tails lengthwise through shell, then open flat
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter with lemon juice and garlic
  3. Brush some on the lobster
  4. Rotate the lobster in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until firm and opaque
  5. Serve with remaining butter for dipping.
