GARLIC ORANGE CHICKEN
  • Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry rosemary leaves
  • 2 slices orange
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty
  • aluminum foil
Directions
  1. Wash and pat dry the chicken
  2. Lay in a flat baking dish
  3. Combine the garlic, olive oil, orange zest and rosemary in a small bowl
  4. Pour over the chicken and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Lay chicken on one sheet of foil
  5. Top with the orange slices and 2 tablespoons of the marinade
  6. Top with second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three times to seal the foil packet
  7. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 minutes.
