RASPBERRY CHICKEN
  • Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • Raspberry Marinade (see page 210)
  • 2 tablespoons minced chives
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty
  • aluminum foil
Directions
  1. Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts
  2. Marinate in the Raspberry Marinade for 2 hours, covered in the refrigerator. Place chicken on one sheet of foil
  3. Sprinkle with chives
  4. Top with second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three times to seal the foil packet
  5. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 minutes.
