CUMBERLAND TURKEY SLICES
  • Ingredients
  • 4 slices turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup Cumberland Sauce (see page 224)
  • 1 tablespoon minced green onions
  • 2(14x12 inch) sheets heavy-duty
  • aluminum foil
Directions
  1. Lay turkey slices on one sheet of foil
  2. Top with Cumberland Sauce and sprinkle with green onions
  3. Top with second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three times to seal the foil packet
  4. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes.
