CURRY SHRIMP WITH SNOW PEAS
  • Ingredients
  • 1 pound raw shrimp, cleaned and deveined
  • Thai Red Curry Sauce (see page 227)
  • 8 fresh snow peas, cut in thin strips
  • 2 (14x12 inch) sheets heavy-duty
  • aluminum foil
Directions
  1. Place shrimp on one sheet of foil
  2. Top with sauce and then snow peas
  3. Top with second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three times to seal the foil packet
  4. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 minutes.
