SPICY PEPPER SHRIMP
  • Ingredients
  • 1 pound raw shrimp, cleaned and deveined
  • Lime-Chili Marinade (see page 212)
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons diced Anaheim chili
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty
  • aluminum foil
Directions
  1. Combine the shrimp and marinade in a bowl
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Place shrimp on one sheet of foil
  3. Top with red pepper and chili
  4. Top with second sheet of foil and fold the edges over three times to seal the foil packet
  5. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 minutes.
