SEA BASS WITH FRESH TOMATOES
  • Ingredients
  • 4 small sea bass fillets
  • 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter Salt and pepper
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty
  • aluminum foil
Directions
  1. Place fish on one sheet of foil
  2. Top with tomatoes and green onions
  3. Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  4. Top with second sheet of foil and fold edges over three times to seal the foil packet
  5. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 minutes.
