TROPICAL SPICED SALMON STEAKS
  • Ingredients
  • 2 salmon steaks
  • Tropical Sweet Spice Rub (See page 237)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 (8 x 6 inch) sheets heavy-duty
  • aluminum foil
Directions
  1. Coat salmon with Spice Rub
  2. Place each salmon steak on one sheet of foil
  3. Dot with butter
  4. Top with second sheet of foil and fold edges over three times to seal the foil packet
  5. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 minutes.
