GINGERED HAM AND PINEAPPLE
  • Ingredients
  • 1 ham steak
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple slices
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice from can
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty
  • aluminum foil
Directions
  1. Lay the ham on one sheet of the foil
  2. Lay the pineapple on the ham
  3. Stir the brown sugar and ginger into the pineapple juice and spoon over the ham
  4. Top with second sheet of foil and fold edges over three times to seal the foil packet
  5. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 10 minutes.
