SPICED PEARS OVER ICE CREAM
  • Ingredients
  • 4 medium-ripe pears, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Dash ground cardamom
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 (14 x 12 inch) sheets heavy-duty
  • aluminum foil
Directions
  1. loss pears with spices and brown sugar
  2. Place on one sheet of the foil
  3. Drizzle with butter
  4. Top with second sheet of foil and fold edges over three times to seal the foil packet
  5. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 minutes
  6. Serve over Vanilla ice cream.
