MIXED VEGETABLES WITH ITALIAN HERBS
  • Ingredients
  • 1 zucchini, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 yellow crookneck squash,
  • cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
  • 1/2 pound button mushrooms,
  • stems trimmed
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon mixed Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, toss together all the vegetables. Add the olive oil, Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Toss well
  2. Rotate in the Deep Basket for 25 to 30 minutes or until crispy and tender.
