ACORN SQUASH WITH MAPLE GLAZE
ACORN SQUASH WITH MAPLE GLAZE
Ingredients
1 medium acorn squash
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
Cut ends off the squash and cut into 4 equal thick slices
Cut out the seeds
Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 30 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile, heat the maple syrup, butter, and ginger in a small saucepan
Serve squash topped with Maple Glaze.
