ACORN SQUASH WITH MAPLE GLAZE
  • Ingredients
  • 1 medium acorn squash
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
  1. Cut ends off the squash and cut into 4 equal thick slices
  2. Cut out the seeds
  3. Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 30 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile, heat the maple syrup, butter, and ginger in a small saucepan
  4. Serve squash topped with Maple Glaze.
