Thread the fruit evenly onto Kebob Rods,
alternating pineapple, bananas, and oranges
and placing one strawberry on the end of each.
Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over
fruit
Rotate the skewered fruit for 15 to 20
minutes or until fruit is cooked through and
lightly browned
Remove skewers from the
gear wheels and slide the fruit off onto serving
plates
Sprinkle each serving with 1 tablespoon
Grand Marnier and serve immediately.
