Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 30
minutes or until tender
Remove to serving
bowls and top with Butterscotch Sauce.
To make sauce, combine the evaporated milk
or cream, brown sugar, butter and vanilla in a
small saucepan
Cook over medium heat,
stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a
gentle boil
Cook until the sauce is smooth and
slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
