Rosemary Mustard Paste
  • Ingredients
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. In a small bowl, stir the garlic into the mustard
  2. Whisk in the soy sauce and olive oil
  3. Stir in the rosemary, salt and pepper
  4. Use immediately. Yield: 1/2 cup SUGGESTED USE: This thick paste works well spread on a leg of lamb, with or without the bone (8 to 12 hours) or try a pork tenderloin (4 hours) smeared with this tangy paste.
