Rosemary Mustard Paste
Rosemary Mustard Paste
Ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
In a small bowl, stir the garlic into the mustard
Whisk in the soy sauce and olive oil
Stir in the rosemary, salt and pepper
Use immediately. Yield: 1/2 cup SUGGESTED USE: This thick paste works well spread on a leg of lamb, with or without the bone (8 to 12 hours) or try a pork tenderloin (4 hours) smeared with this tangy paste.
