TROPICAL RUM LIME MARINADE
  • Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons dark rum
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
Directions
  1. Combine the ingredients and use to marinate chicken, pork, or shrimp.
