BEER MARINADE WITH ONIONS AND SAGE
  • Ingredients
  • 1 (12-ounce) can beer
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and use to marinate steaks, pork or chicken.
