HOISIN BBQ SAUCE
  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons Oriental sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and use to glaze chicken, pork or ribs.
