MUSTARD DILL SAUCE
  • Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fresh dill
  • 1 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except oil in a blender or food processor
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. With machine still running add the oil, drop by drop until absorbed
  4. Store covered in refrigerator
  5. Serve with fish or shrimp.
