GINGER-GARLIC DIPPING SAUCE
  • Ingredients
  • 2 2-inch pieces of peeled fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
Directions
  1. Combine the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, chili sauce, honey and vinegar in a blender or food processor
  2. Puree and then stir in the cilantro
  3. Serve as a dipping sauce for chicken wings or shrimp.
