SOUTHWESTERN RUB
  • Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl to form a paste
  2. Use with pork or chicken.
