MOROCCAN HARISSA RUB
Ingredients
Makes 1/2 cup
3 to 4 fresh red or green jalapenos, seeded and minced
2 cloves garlic,minced
1/4 cup canned crushed tomatoes
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 to 3 teaspoons dried red pepper flakes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix well
Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks
Use as is over chicken or beef, or mix with mayonnaise or sour cream and use as a garnish.
