Spicy Paste
  • Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 /2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions
  1. Place lemon juice, garlic, Tabasco, chili powder, cumin, salt and oil in a small bowl
  2. Work together to form a paste. Yield: 1/4 cup SUGGESTED USE: Excellent on shrimp or scallops (1 hour). This is also tasty rubbed on a pork tenderloin (2 hours).
