Walnut Sauce
  • Ingredients
  • 8 ounces shelled walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup milk
Directions
  1. Blanch the walnuts in boiling water and rub off their skins
  2. Soak the breadcrumbs in water, then drain and squeeze dry
  3. Place the walnuts, bread- crumbs, and garlic in a blender or food processor and blend until a smooth paste forms
  4. Add the olive oil, milk, and salt to taste and stir well
  5. Toss cooked pasta with sauce
  6. Serves 4.
